The bank made its humble beginning in a small premises situated at “Deshpande Building, Bachelor Road, Dr. J.C. Kumarappa marg, Near Devi Ashta Bhuja Mandir Chowk, Dhantoli, Wardha”. As the work progressed this premises was found to be inadequate and hence the bank shifted to “Dadhichi”, Ramnagar, Near Circus Ground”, Wardha for a short duration wef 1998 to 2000.

The bank was fully computerized in 2007. As the business expanded the bank shifted its administrative functions by transferring its head office from Ramnagar to present Kumarappa marg, Dhantoli, Wardha. The bank has been maintaining its popularity as a leading co-operative bank in Wardha district by expanding its area of operation to the districts of Chandrapur, Nagpur, Yavatmal and Amravati by serving local customers since inception and has been consistently complied all the norms of R.B.I.
